No matter which mortgage you go for, all lenders carry out a detailed credit check to make sure you have a good credit history and can be relied on to make the payments on time. Even if the mortgage you wish to transfer costs the same as your new one, your lender will still reassess you as if it was your first mortgage, to ensure your financial circumstances are the same.  We can be there to help you with this all.
