First Time Buyer
Trying to buy your first home can be a complicated and potentially daunting process that can leave you feeling confused, and the overload of information you find online is often conflicting.
Ward James Mortgages can provide the right advice and guidance early on to prevent it from being this way. We can guide you through the process in helping you get on to the property ladder and explain clearly each step along the way. We aim to keep things simple and stress free while assisting you to find the best mortgage for your circumstances.
When booking an appointment to view a property or putting in an offer, many estate agents will generally require a copy of your Agreement, personal details and affordability or Mortgage in Principle. The Agreement in Principle is a credit search carried out taking all your personal details into consideration. It is usually produced before you apply for a mortgage and it allows the lender to indicate whether they are going to let you borrow the amount you require. Speak to one of our advisers and we can arrange this for you.
Your Home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debts secured on it.
